About the author

Michelle Thooft is a wife and homeschooling mom of four in Bemidji, MN. Her husband Phil is a Chi Alpha Christian Fellowship pastor at Bemidji State University. Besides wife-ing and mom-ing and teaching and pastoring students, she likes to read and write and quilt and walk in the woods with her husband and their dog Jack.

She hopes to own chickens and build a log cabin on their property in the spring.After that, she plans to write about ten more books, figure out the absolute best way to cook venison, and make some willow furniture. But first, she needs to figure out how to do all this and still keep the house clean.
